This presentation will outline how this can be done with a Transformation Management Office and how this is different to the traditional Project Management Office.

Eileen is a Director in EY’s Business Consulting practice where she specializes in the delivery of complex transformation projects. Eileen started her career in Telecoms as a graduate engineer before changing to business transformation where she has worked with many organisations to deliver transformation projects.
